Bought a 4series GC from ZG purchase process was fast thanks to Dev, but car developed a fault within a week but is was promptly booked into BMW. Great after sales service from Bill and Dev.Will definitely come back to ZG for my next car.

We recently bought an Audi S5 from ZG Prestige and the service was outstanding.We called up very last minute to see if possible to see and test drive the Audi and we had an appointment within an hour. The team were very patient whilst we looked over the vehicle and were not pushy sales at all! The service was very relaxed and the team were very friendly. We took the car out for a test drive and when we got back we asked the team if we could go away and come back to them in the next few days if we wanted to buy. The part ex deal they also provided was very reasonable, we have been to alot of dealerships who also try and rip you off but this team don't.The owner Bill text us through the week to see if we needed any further assistance and was then able to provide us quotes on finance. The finance application was all done via the phone which was great as we lived over an hour away.After the finance application all went through the team offered to deliver the vehicle after it had a full check, MOT, service and valet which is a service we had not been offered before, we declined as we wanted to drive the vehicle back living over an hour away.On the day of picking the vehicle up all paperwork and vehicle were ready to go and we were there less than 15 minutes, super speedy service !!Thank you to all the team at ZG we will be back in a couple of years to upgrade the Audi S5!

ZG prestige have been great since the get go of my dealing with them. Having recently part exchanged my Seat Leon, the process has been seamless and the communication has been quite frequent with any questions I have had. Being a person with less experience in dealing with cars and not really being too savvy with all the car finance stuff, they have proved to be helpful and understanding.
