Bought the Groupon voucher for here for highlights, cut and blow dry. I didn't have the cut, but I was happy with the highlights. Wasn't happy about paying the extra £10 each surcharge. However, I did pay it. The only thing that I have to complain about is customer service, unfortunately. At first, she was just very rude to me and made sly remarks between me and my friend and was very rude and blunt. She definitely needs to improve on making her clients feel welcome and not spoken to rudely.

Visited here about a week a go for balayage and cut. Unfortunately the colour looks more like a full colour that grew out 6 weeks ago and the cut took a grand total of 3 minutes and doesn't look at all fresh.Needless to say I've booked another appointment with a different hairdressers to try and fix it.

Lindsey at Esquire Et Cie is brilliant! I needed a complete overhaul and she did foil highlights in blonde (banana colour as requested!) cut my hair in new style that suited me, & blow dry. It's the second time I've been and will return!!!

Lindsey absolutely made my day. I went in after bleaching my hair for years and decided it needed to stop and get it done professionally and properly. Sje totally exceeded my expectations I'm so in love with my results. Thankyou so much

Welcomed to the salon after a couple of weeks in Otley. Harvey the dog added to is charm. Lindley very helpful and did my hair beautifully. Her assistant, Jamilla is both friendly and very capable. I will definitely continue to have my hair done there - they know what they are doing!

Do not bother buying a groupon voucher or deal or going to this salon at all- all the bad reviews are exactly right!. I called the salon to get booked in and I was told not to buy the groupon voucher and pay directly to herself. I then called the day of my appointment to check how much it would be as I was requiring a toner which I knew would be extra- I was told to re arrange and that I hadn’t a toner booked in I said it would be fine without as I really needed my hair colouring. I was told to come earlier she might be able to fit it in or I would have to leave with wet hair. I was then told it would be an extra £10 for long hair and an extra £15 to cut it and £25 for a toner!!! I wanted a couple of inches cutting of one length. I asked why when it’s all being cut off and also the voucher stated a cut and blow dry was included. She then said it’s a restyle and you have long hair I need to be paid for my time etc. a restyle isn’t a few inch one length cut. this would be £79 in total when the voucher on groupon states £29.I cancelled in the end. The lady is rude her tone is rude and she shouldn’t have deals on groupon if she is just trying to scam people out of more money. The whole point of a groupon voucher is a cheaper deal. I am glad I called before hand otherwise it would of been a wasted journey all the way to otley. Zero customer service skills what so ever. Will be reporting to groupon also. AVOID
