We had some vouchers to see The Escaper but the ticket machine had extreme difficulty in recognising them. Thank you Jason for assisting us where we ended queuing to surrendering our vouchers.I am well aware advertising is very important to the cinemas but I consider 20 mins of them too much. My recommendation is to get there 15 mins after the start In order to miss the bulk of the advertising. I know we are not young pups but the volume could have been turned down. I am hard of hearing but the volume was extremely loud.

With peaceful atnosphete i enjoyed a lot. The film was 3D, so obviously it doubles the enoyment. Popcorn and nachos were good. Overwall it was a value for the money visit.

My recent visit to this cinema was okay. The movie selection was good, and the screens were decent. However, the seating could be more comfortable, and some of the seats seemed a bit worn. The sound quality was acceptable, but it could use improvement. The concession prices were a bit high for what you get. Staff were friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It's an okay place to catch a movie, but there's room for improvement

Don't arrive early and expect to sit around in relative comfort and enjoy a drink before entering your cinema. Instead, be greeted by an inoperative escalator and a couple of utility tables and chairs covered in the previous occupants remains of a takeaway. The seat that I had in screen 1 were uncomfortable for a 3 hour plus film. Shoe string budget operation springs to mind as at no time was my legality to be watching the film verified. 3 stars is being generous.

Most of the staff are great.Food prices are a joke. Cheaper to bring your own - you are allowed I checked. Luckily there’s a retail park nearby with discount shops (b&m etc) and food outlets. The cinema needs a massive amount of money, time, and effort to make sure it survives. It is dirty, the wait time to be served is a joke (due to massive understaffing), again the prices both ticket and snacks are ridiculous. We actually missed the first 20 minutes of our film due to waiting to be served. We arrived at the cinema at 17:58 for a 18:00 showing. Meaning we missed all of the trailers and ads as well as part of the movie. Thankfully we were able to change our tickets to a later viewing but this was also an issue as the seats we had been moved into had later been sold to another customer.

This cinema was brilliant! Good picture quality, sound and comfy seats, only gripe is the cleanliness. I know it must be hard for some employees to clean all the seats after one film when the next starts 10 minutes after but it was dirty, there was old popcorn in the cup holders. Overall a great experience watching barbie!

Very clean tidy cinema with loads of space within the building. Very handy position for the Pizza Hut and pub next door to it. The only problem is that if you go during a match or event at the stadium then you’ll be struggling to get parked anywhere as there’s no proper traffic marshalling. Check before you book to go to the cinema here. Everything else is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Not enough staff and those there were running around. Too much emphasis on machines to serve people and not enough on humans, all in a bid to cut costs. Really poor. Employ more humans, Odeon. Also, youths at the back of the cinema were talking and shouting and nobody addressed this staff wise, probably because there were not enough if them. Really not good enough. Trip to the cinema with 5 of us was costly enough but for it to be this bad means we won't return.
