Wrexham African community (WAC) event on the 14th of May 2022 at the venue was the Bomb. The owner is lovely person.

Just a little warning for anyone ever thinking of choosing HEART ROCK LIVE venue in Wrexham whether you are musicians or locals planning an event. Back in early February me and my wife booked this venue for her 30th in May. We went in person and then everything was finalised and confirmed TWICE over phone and WhatsApp messages so in text too.A few weeks before her birthday a friend happened to see the same venue advertising an Ibiza night on the same night. This lead to us both frantically contacting the venue. We were told this was a mistake but the ibiza nights were a lifeline

Saw ACDC tribute band, amazing! Loads of space, felt comfortable. Great staff, brilliant night!!

I asked for a refund for tickets to go & see the phonics as the date had changed 3 times and I was unable to attend as I was working. I applied for a refund heard nothing for over a week when it said would take upto a week! Messaged again with no response messaged a third time had a response saying the organiser will look into it! Still heard nothing and the gig was last Saturday. Absolutely disgusted will not be buying tickets again!!!

No where to sit, stage in a weird place and warm drinks in plastic cups with supermarket soft drinks being served with long waits at the bar. Tried to see the Fleetwood Mac tribute who were excellent but we literally managed to stay for two songs. No organisation and no flow. I was really looking forward to the evening and was so disappointed.

Another gig cancelled… think they’ve only staged 1gig since it opened… con artists…
