LED Sidmouth Swimming Pool

Excellent teaching for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loved it. However the pool facilities are extremely tired and urgently need updating. The showers are dirty and full of mould and limescale and everything looks dirty because of its' age. I wonder if it is hygienic as it is. PLEASE can Sidmouth have the long awaited update.

Friendly staff on reception, and a great pool to swim in. Sidmouth is not a huge town so I wasn't expecting such a big pool - basically Olympic size, and the interior looks brand new in the reception and pool areas. Loads of toys and floats provided for kids in the shallow end. Dedicated lanes available for serious swimmers.

I hadn't been swimming for 20 years ,but as part of my new years resolution ,I went down to Sidmouth Swimming Pool on Saturday 3rd. Jan. 2015.The lady on the desk was very nice and polite and helped me buy a towel (great planning -forgot mine!) The changing rooms were clean and warm ,even the shower was not as cold as I remember as a boy!, then a few lengths of the pool,ignored the Sauna,shower and home. I even managed to NOT get told off by the Life Guards who were there and attentive all the time like I used to as a boy. What a pleasurable experience-Result! .I shall go again. Nick Umfreville

The facilities were super along with the staff, apart from the lifeguard under the name Aidan". His behaviour was repugnant

Nice pool, but the LED company needs to seriously look at it's IT. The website and app are clunky, full of bugs and it's a real hassle trying to book.

We love the LED sidmouth swimming pool. We have a little love learning to swim who is anxious. Every care is made to ensure he is happy and comfortable as well as teaching him how to swim.

Very impressive all round. Clean and tidy on arrival. The parking is not free but reasonably priced. The staff are attentive and professional. The changing rooms are clean with lockers and showers. What was most welcoming was the water temperature was just perfect. Lots of different sessions to attend. Really good generally. Well done. Can't fault this.

The pool is fantastic, and it provided a lot of entertainment for the kids, which was especially appreciated on a rainy day. The staff, particularly Gus at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
