Mrs Chew’s Chinese Kitchen, Westfield London

Had lunch at the food court in Westfield so was not expecting anything special, but the food was quite bland. Some condiments would have been helpful. Ordered a vegetarian portion with speing onions so would have expected spring onions would have been the main incredient, but ended up eating lots of mushrooms.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mrs. Crew's and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Mrs. Crew's to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. 5 stars!

Just had dinner in this establishment, we were a group of 6, ordered different meals and sides to try and share.Honestly, the food looked great, fried rice looked colorless, fried noodles looked very good but ALL dishes were totally TASTELESS.I feel tad uncomfortable placing this review as the people working here seem wonderful, service was good but the food is what matters in the end.We tried complaining but sadly there was nothing they could doIf you want a decent meal, AVOID AT ALL COST

The food is perfect! I totally enjoyed my meal and this remains the best Chinese I've had! The service was top notch as well and swift despite the long queue.

A modest three stars for this Chinese offering at the White City Westfield food court.Without further ado;Here’s what I liked:• Short menu so decision making is easy• Open kitchen and prep area which seems squeaky clean• Fresh noodles (they have a machine in full view)What I didn’t like:• Inflexible when someone asked to swap out noodles for rice. I mean is it really that big a deal to do for someone to make their experience more pleasurable? This cashier was blunt and frankly quite rude to the guy in front.Definitely fails the attitude test.• Prices high for the small portion sizes and tiny amount of protein (eg the ‘seafood’ noodles had six small prawns!!)• Devoid of atmosphere but then this is a mall food court so expectations were not high• The ‘soy and vegetable’ spring rolls were small, dry and tasteless.• Pointless cucumber garnishDo I recommend going? NOWill I go again? NOWas it good value? NOPrice point: $It would be so easy to get this place right. It starts with customer service and this will be the down fall. Watch this space!

I had spring rolls and special fried rice. It was really good. The rice Different from the regular Chinese I buy and I liked it a lot. More expensive but it was good.

I ordered Seafood Fried Rice from Mrs. Chew's restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To my dismay, I found hair in my food, which completely ruined my meal. This is simply unacceptable for a restaurant's hygiene standards. I expected better quality and cleanliness. I won't be returning to Mrs. Chew's.

Definitely worth a try and also great that it's halal. Enjoyed all the flavours and different varieties of dishes. I recommend it and suggest trying the dumplings!
