We only popped over as this was a Torchwood filming location.I have been knocking Dr Who locations off the list regularly. Wife is a fan.It pizzed it down as we got there.So it was a quick visit.

I organised a week long caving trip here with my university club. The cottage is very well equipped to cater for large groups. It has excellent facilities for changing, washing kit etc. The members were incredibly helpful and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting the awesome Ogof Fynonn Ddu, as well as Dan yr Ogof.

One of the best equipped caving huts in the country! The duty officers are always so helpful and the views are incredible, I would highly recommend.The bunk rooms are reasonably priced (details of pricing available on their website) and kitchen facilities are clean and big enough for all guests stayThis hut is incredibly close to all the main entrances of ogof ffynnon ddu and not far from many more amazing caves. Plenty of beautiful walks around too if going underground is not you're thing
