Went in today. Naomi was nice. Good service. Polite.

Have always had excellent and friendly service from all the staff here. Today it was RadheyP who served us after we'd tried unsuccessfully to order via the website .Very efficient and a good exchange rate as well.

Ordered some currency for same day collection, spent 20 mins walking in to town on my break to collect it. Got there for 3.30pm and it was locked up, no note, no explanation, dialled branch... no answer. Rang head office to be told the 1 staff had gone home!!! Absolute terrible customer service and waste of my time. Now got to wait upto 5 days to get my money back when I travel tomorrow with no holiday money. Do not use this company as it is unreliable and unprofessional.

of the worst kind, people without quality, this business should be closed immediately. I don't understand how they can do business if they don't exchange money with anyone, they probably launder money behind the scenes and use this company as a shield. I went here twice to exchange money, I wanted to buy 3500 euros and another time 10,000 euros. each time I provided them with documents from the bank and everything they asked of me. they didn't change my money! with no reason. They asked me what I do with the money? why are you interested in this? why am I forced to tell you what I do with my money? you are thieves! even though I said what I do with the money. they asked me for more evidence. such a thing is inadmissible! Good people, stop keeping your money in banks and stop collaborating with such thieves, because they will launder your money. they use our money for other purposes and when you want it, you can only get it with 100 questions! it will be worse and worse! this is exactly money laundering with legal documents, hand in hand with the law.

Brilliant service from Naomi at the Mander Centre branch in Wolverhampton. I had some old Travellers Cheques I wanted to cash in & after much research Naomi was able to sort for me (unlike Lloyds, HSBC & The Post Office!). Your help was very much appreciated. Thank you.

absolutely no issues at all. received a courtesy call after ordering online to tell me my currency would be available next day and an email next day to tell me it was ready to collect. best exchange rate on the net when i ordered and absolutley no issues at all. whats not to like? :)

Visited today to get three different currencies, Euros, Swiss Franks and Czech Kronos (sp). The gentleman who served us was exceptionally polite and attentive to all our needs. Quick painless transaction with every detail explained.Will definitely return, so much better than bank.Great job.
