Sabrina provides a wonderful massage service. She is polite and professional checking in on you on arrival.  At the start she will ask how  deep your preference is and on starting  she checks  you are comfortable. She enquires how you have been since your last visit and checks if there are any pressure points that you would specifically like her to focus on. After my first experience I asked that her name be assigned to all my bookings. Unfortunately my friend who booked the last appointment forgot to mention it and your data system also missed this previous request, however, your staff were excellent in accommodating me and again Sabrina provided an excellent service. I have recently been discharged from hospital so will not book for the next 2 weeks but will be in touch soon after that.Sabrina is an asset to BEUTIVA

I have had a very bad experience with a nail salon that made me so upset! I was literally in an emergency before holiday. They accommodated me very quickly and beloved Crina just did the magic! Everyone really professional, using top quality material and the outcome is above expectations. I am very peaky with my nail beautician which they made me smile

My first time here (20% off for first time customers are fake news on their website btw, they didn’t give you any discount). Done eyebrows and eyelashes extension for my holiday. The lady waxed my eyebrow, then rubbing the cotton pad (with 2 different solution) around my brows really hard, torn my skin. Shes prob thinking a dirty pot at home needs to be washed! It feels sore but I believe she knows whats shes doing. Little that I know it was a mistake! When I said my skin been torn off after the service, the girl just said put a cold patch and didn’t take it seriously! She just wants me to pay and left me confused with a painful and burning brows. Giving an excuse wax “allergy” and confirmed with me the wax isn’t hot. Clearly to cover ther a** rather than genuinely concerned about their method or service. I have done wax before, it never took a layer of my skin away, neither the person rub really hard on my skin with multiple solutions!I have to go to dermatologist immediately to get a cream afterwards due to the burning feeling. I cant touch it at all even after hours of the “beauty” session.This is the worst ever experience and I would never recommend this place at all! You ruined my experience, wasted my money, and caused discomfort and made me feel ashamed to see people as a part of my job! I have an event to go, a cooking class to teach and a holiday in couple fo days.And the eyelashes, I saw 2 of them fell just less than couple of hours Ive done it. Again, disappointing.

Samantha was really warm, friendly & welcome. I am 7 & a half months pregnant and she really put me at ease & made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was very informative & went above & beyond to ensure I left feeling amazing. I will definitely be returning!

I got the full massage package as a present for myself and my god was it a great decision. I had the pleasure of having Sabrina as my therapist and she was magical. I definitely reccomend to everyone .

Had a few appointments with Beutiva, Yasamin is my favourite so far ! But I’ve yet to try all the services they offer. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lovely aesthetics in the studio. Nothing to lose, definitely give it a go !

I had a great experience today with both of my treatments: hydrofacial and foot massage. They were both knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Will return and recommend to friends and family.
