Had my nails done today and the women doing them was so rude. Told me to shut up when talking about my Nan’s funeral and then took my phone at the end to leave herself a five star review! It’s common to ask people’s permission before taking their personal belongings.My actual nails are fine but just find the customer service completely out!

Would like to start by saying that my nails are a beautiful shape but I was cut three times in the process. It also took two and a half hours and three members of staff. The gel colour has hairs in it and a couple of bubbles. The whole place just felt chaotic and I would far from recommend. Paid £37 for taking my acrylics off and putting back on as I was in a rush to get out of there but can’t help feeling like I was robbed blind.

Really disappointed with the service I’ve had this week. I’ve requested for a Christmas design and colour for both pedicure and manicure and was assured it was possible but I absolutely disliked the outcome and it was nothing like the photo. I mentioned I wasn’t happy but since I didn’t have time( another 2hrs) to get it all redone I came 3 days later and was under they impression they would fix this at no cost of a reduced amount. I have now been charged full price again. Making that over £130 in just a few days for a mistake they did!

Wish I had read more reviews instead of just looking at the average before going here. There were several communication misunderstandings, so I did not get the color I was looking for. They didn’t take credit card. They also nicked me in so many places and I was bleeding on almost every finger. Hope I don’t get an infection from this. Also shaved my nails down so thin, it will take months for my nails to recover from this one visit.

Today was my first time at this nail salon. Staff and customers were extremely nice and the hospitality was top notch, very professional.Clean work space and great atmosphere. Could not recommend it more or be more thankful. Best service and results! My nails so look so natural and gorgeous at the same time xx

Absolutely awful experience with getting infills here. My middle finger is my smallest and I’m very sensitive about it. The man starting my nails pointed at it and laughed. 3 of my nails are a different shape to the rest and he nicked me with the drill making me bleed. I contacted them to ask for a refund but they refused and just kept telling me it was a misunderstanding.Very upsetting time, made me feel really bad about myself. I get my nails done to feel better about my hands and now I’m £30 down and feeling rubbish.

I had my nails done today am am very disappointed. Lumps of acrylic left under the nail as well as all over my fingers. Sides not finished at all. Four different people swapped about to try and rush me through. Shocking service.
