RS Protech Worcester

I have been using this company for a few years now. Ricki is absolutely fantastic, always happy to take a phone call from a worried mum about her kids pcs!! He will always try & sort out any problems really quickly, he is reliable & does not overcharge! I don't think there is much that Ricki cannot turn his hand to & is always the first person I would call with any teccie enquiries! I would have every confidence in recommending this company & Ricki, & I have done to numerous family & friends who have all been very pleased with the service received.

Thoroughly recommend using Ricki and his firm for your DIY/IKEA flat pack builds!Moving house is incredibly stressful, so having someone to help erect furniture and other bits and pieces is an absolute godsend for me with my disabilities. I bought all new IKEA furniture for all the rooms in my new house. So there was plenty that needed doing!Ricki and his helper (can’t remember his name, I’m sorry!) managed to work through the furniture items really quickly, and took great care to ensure that everything was secured and undamaged.Great care was taken throughout the whole process, with Ricki keeping me up to date, and confirming where I would like things putting.I felt totally at ease leaving my house keys with Ricki so he could get started without me. There was no issues with me turning up and starting to unpack and set up my new kitchen appliances and personal belongings, etc.Ricki also sourced and supplied a wall mounted TV bracket, as well as hiding the TV cables with white cable trunking.Only too happy to follow my instructions and have a chat with me!Very courteous towards my needs, taking care not to damage/break my numerous Lego Creator sets dotted about the house!Took all the empty boxes to the bins for me too, and tidied up after themselves!Fantastic value for money, and RS Protech really do go the extra mile to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the work carried out!I will be using you in the future if I need any other work carried out!Thank you for making my new house feel like home, and taking some of the stress away for me!
