United Parcel Service Customer Centre Nottingham

Poor service. Delivery driver could not find my address and said I and the property did not exist, would help if they actually got out of the vehicle and looked for an address. Rang the depot and they said the sender had put a wrong address on the parcel but when I collected it, it had the correct address. Have told the company I bought from that I would not order again if these are the courier

Thank you so much to the lady that had patience to help me tonight (01/02/2021 at 18.30) with my parcel! I have never used UPS and with the new Brexit rules I didn't know what to do. Much appreciated for your help and support. ☺️.

Absolute unbelievable chaos from one of the most expensive couriers in the UK. Small parvel sent from Germany 28th April for delivery next day. UPS been to my house at least 20 times, house name clearly displayed but claimed their sat nav couldn't find it so went back to depot early afternoon. Said couldn't deliver until today 4 days later and needed directions which I submitted in detail. No delivery email received and phoning customet service just told out for delivery. Found item on front door step , no attempt to let us know they had beem. CANCEL ALL CRITICISM OF COURIERS-THIS IS THE ANSOLUTE PITS.

Complete waste of time no respect for parcels, app is a load of *%#^ no notifications of expected delivery time missed 3 times the. When the parcel arrives half of it is missing because it’s been damaged in transit! Maybe it wouldn’t of been damaged if they hadn’t of stuck the delivery address sticker over the fragile sticker

Colin on the UPS reception was an absolute star! Thankyou for all your help returning my 1st ever parcel with UPS. Also lady (black hair) in the office who assisted printing me a label. Both were just excellent, very patient & helpful. Not everyone has printers & are OK with today's technology for parcel returning. Thank goodness for the 'Colin's' in this world! Thanks again, VERY much appreciated.

Stupiest delivery service I have ever used.If there is no one who could answer the phone call or help change the delivery place, why should use UPS?Worst experience ever, and dumbest and the most rigid service.Can't even change the delivery place but pick up here. Also, the parcel is just here, but taking more than 10 days to pick it up.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (especially the young blonde lady on reception). They quickly located and retrieved an urgent parcel that was incorrectly addressed.

! STAR ONLY BECAUSE GOOGLE DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO HAVE NONEit is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I order on-line a lot. I have order 3 items over a space of a year from 3 different on-line seller and I have had 3 times the same issue. They never deliver on time, I pay for next day delivery and recieve weeks after. They leave the wrong information in the letter box. I ordered an urgent replacement for my laptop that I needed to deliver a big job and I received after 2 days and after a lot of angry calls and worry to deliver my job on time. THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!
