I have been using Serenity since it opened and would not go anywhere else. Darcey has taken time to listen and learn about my hair, we’ve experimented with colours and different styles and I’ve always been really happy with the results. She is honest and never gives unrealistic expectations. The salon experience is always relaxing and fun. Lovely salon. Lovely team. I always feel well looked after. Highly recommended

I have been going to Serenity almost a year now and never really do reviews but feel I should as this is the first salon I have been to where I always feel welcome, relaxed and look forward to walking out with my hair looking how I wanted or even better!!I have had my hair done by Carol & Tara and have loved my hair everytime! I used to use a hair dressers in Chichester which wasn’t enjoyable at all and I had tapes in but stopped as I was worried about the condition of my hair.. so I started going to Serenity with my natural hair and loved it so much. I enquired into other extensions as I missed having longer hair and I had the nanos put in 3 months ago by Tara and I wouldn’t look back! I was genuinely suprised by how good the condition of my hair was after the nanos being in for 12 weeks! I love the nanos and wouldn’t go back to tapes.Thank you to all the staff at Serenity for always being so welcoming and making it an experience I look forward to… the glass of Prosecco, massage chair and atmosphere really gives it the feel of luxury!

Carol started styling my hair 20 years ago and I've been a client at Serenity Hair since day 1. A superb salon with an lovely, friendly environment where the entire team know the details about all the hair care, colouring and styling you could wish for. Sophie cuts my hair now - and has done fur a few years - and she's not only an extremely talented stylist, she's a great listener. I'd trust any of them with any aspect of my hair and I value their expertise and the quality of all products used.

Took my granddaughter for a haircut. Although she has fine hair, the girl cutting it took about 5-10 minutes. Didn't do it in layers and the result is the ends look chopped. Expensive, cost £16

If you are looking for a relaxing, friendly, professional hairdressers it is well worth going to Serenity. Carol and her team have made me feel very at home. My hairdresser Tara has taken great care of my hair colour and styling. My hair has never looked so good. The products Serenity use are lovely and the coffee and massage chairs are a wonderful bonus too. Very happy customer

Great haircut from Tara, who listened attentively to what I wanted whilst still having the confidence to quiz me on a number of aspects of how I styled/'wore' my hair in order to get the best out of the cut. Recommended.

I have been a customer of Serenity hair for over 10 years now and these days my appointments are more like I'm visiting family!What is not to like? I consistently get a great, up-to-date short haircut from Carol while I relax with a drink and a chat. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
