Fantastic service: ordered on their website Sunday night, arrived Wednesday morning. Worth a special mention, during lockdown I have ordered from a number of suppliers, and used several high profile delivery companies. Hamilton's is the only one to include a disinfectant wipe that kills 99.9% of germs. So the package was completely safe. I think this is an example of great customer service others should follow.I ordered the Blackwing Gift Set and it was exactly as described. Very impressed with the Blackwing quality. I would advise, however, that if you prefer a HB or H for writing, go with the firm" or "extra firm" pencils.Can definitely recommend Hamilton's and will be using them again in the future."

Got sent the wrong set of pencils (fair enough mistakes happen) but disappointed to feel it was now my problem and to wrap it back up and negotiate the post office during covid times. Paid for postage (was reimbursed) before correct item sent. Wanted to discuss with managing director but told he was too busy and would get back to me the following week. Not the customer service I expected from that promised on the website. First and last time I'll shop here, won't revisit

I recently ordered some Blackwing pencils, they informed me the set I ordered only had 1 box left with less pencils than advertised and offered me a refund, discount for the missing pencils or to replace the missing ones with an alternative. I opted for the replacement alternative and was pleasantly surprised to receive more pencils than expected. Great service and lovely people, packaging was recyclable and came with a sanitising wipe. I look forward to future purchases.

Great company. Love the products - I have a Sheaffer Classic and getting cartridges can be a challenge. Today, I had problems paying with Paypal. A quick call to the office and they sorted it. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Order arrived 2 weeks late and poor packaging caused the box to be squished. I am aware that this is not entirely their fault, however, their customer service is just terrible. It's very hard to get a hold of them to see what's going on so I thought I was not going to receive my order so I went on and bought the exact item someplace else. One day my order from Hamilton arrived, and considering I've already bought and received the item someplace else, I have to return the item to hamilton, but it's been 11 days since I've emailed Hamilton to return the item and they have not replied to my email.
