I bought my wedding dress & veil from Proposals for my wedding last year and the whole processes was really enjoyable. I had the whole space to myself and was able to try on a lot of different styles to see what I liked. They had a really good range of different styles and fabrics and I actually found it difficult to choose between some of the dresses! The staff were really friendly and made the experience really special.

Such a wonderful experience at Proposals. Karen was absolutely brilliant. I was so nervous I wouldn't find anything to suit me and yet she found me the most beautiful dress to say yes to and made it feel like a seamless experience. I haven't stopped smiling since.

Proposals were wonderful throughout my experience with them, firstly it was a joy to try on lots of wonderful dresses with their help and guidance. Once I had chosen my dress they kept me informed throughout the process and were so accomodating. Thanks so much to Aileen & Karen, I would highly recommend!

Proposals of Witney provide a wonderful experience for a bride to be. I would highly recommend future brides pay a visit to the store. There is a wide selection of dresses and during the fitting you have the space to yourself and the whole experience is centred on you. The shop also has a range of hair pieces and veils which beautifully compliment the dresses. My whole experience was seamless, I was given the contact details of a seamstress who collected the dress from the store and returned the dress once completed. My dress and veil were steamed prior to collection. Thank you to Eileen and Proposals of Witney for such a beautiful dress and experience.

I can’t recommend proposals enough! They was so helpful & amazing with helping me find my dress! The ladies were always so lovely & happy to help with anything & they made my whole dress shopping experience run so smoothly & enjoyable! They have so many gorgeous dresses, so there are so many to choose from!

I had a wonderful experience choosing my dress at Proposals. I met Karen last October when I found my dress, she was super friendly and patient as I tried on a whole rail of dresses, giving great advise and in the end choosing a dress she had picked which I tried on last! I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process, they recommended a seamstress and organised the storage amd steaming of the dress before collection. They also had a great range of jewellery and accessories. Very happy, thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at Proposals, from start to finish. My first appointment was friendly, relaxed & not pushy. I narrowed down to two favourites and then went to other shops nearer my home address just to see if I was missing anything. Although I found other nice dresses, I was always comparing to the ones I’d fallen for at Proposals & at a second appointment I made my decision! Everyone at the shop was so lovely & made everything easy. Once I collected my dress they gave me contacts for seamstresses locally which was really helpful. I’d definitely recommend Proposals to other brides.

I recently purchased my wedding dress at Proposals and had a fantastic experience! The ladies in the shop were friendly and welcoming, making suggestions when asked but not being pushy in the slightest when I was making my decision. This created a lovely, relaxed atmopshere on the day. They were also very helpful with fittings once the dress had arrived, even opening up the shop late to accommodate my work schedule. I loved my dress and I'm only sad that I can't legitimately wear it again!
