Lovely modern place ,buitifull carpets threw out ,rent for the good area is reasonable right in heart of royal mile ,Two draw backs there is a small section of people try to run the place and try and tell the coordinators what to do and if your face does not fit they go against you ,also if the Coordinator does not like you your fighting a loseing battle .but apart from that it is superb if you keep to yourself and just meet your friends outside it is great.There are a lot of nice people stay there .So give it a go .
