Product received but broke after 30mins of regular use. Called to speak to the manager, who was very rude and hostile. His view is that I should be pleased because he shipped the product at a lost and therefore I've got a bargain. I do not consider a broken product to be a bargain. Very disappointed.

ordered from the website, 2 planes both showing in stock, paid premium 7.99 delivery.. only to find out my order hasnt shipped as no stock. total waste of time, why show it in stock and take peoples money accepting orders you cant fulfil. Once speaking to the shop, they showed little empathy and talked over me - AVOID!! zero customer service skills.

Such incredible customer service, over and above! Sorted me with some extra parts for free when their supplier suddenly changed the spec of one of their offerings. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered 50 sizes of 1/16x1/8in 36in rectangle balsa wood sticks. Payed for delivery, order arrived broken and the wrong size (50CM instead of 90CM) and double the quantity which does not provide me with the overall correct quantity, I could not return them as i have ordered through guest account so ive had to order additional peicesAvoid!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I’m afraid I’ve had to change my good review! First time round had no issues. Went to place an order for a new plane, put all my details in and pressed pay. All of a sudden the website crashed leaving me with no confirmation email however the money had gone from my account into some sort of holding account (money has now gone out) Called them first thing this morning and then was told the price had gone up and there’s nothing they could do! Pretty poor if you ask me. Spent my money elsewhere and won’t be returning, very disappointing!
