Fantastic workmanship, humour and price

Wanted to spend our money locally so went to McCallums. Got a poor service, they didn’t do what we agreed. The quality of the small bits they had done was low and the application of paint we paid £160 for to be done inside in a controlled environment by a professional’ looked as though half a coat had somehow been applied.When questioned about it they basically didn’t want to know.I’ve now painted the door outside when it was fitted and I’ve done a far better job.Fitting wasn’t great either, chunks out of the door where the hinges fit, had to get him to come out and refit the edging as a great gap was filled with silicone.To sum up we’re gutted. Steer clear to avoid disappointment.

Friendly service good quality items

Don't use Graeme, their carpenter. He destroyed several doors. He ripped me off and he was rude to me. I went to the shop with photos of his work and they said Graeme had a different version?? I still have the photos, all the texts messages and invoices.

At last our house feels like a home, thanks to McCallums Doors. New front with lovely stained glass beautifully made. Highly recommend McCallums Doors.
