I bought a tyre inflator from this shop that didn't work - I came back within 5 mins and asked for a refund but the shop owner point blank refused saying the shop operates a strict NO REFUND policy!!When I protested and mentioned consumer rights he and his co worker became rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend shopping here.

Had an issue with some of my lighting, not only did the shop have the part i needed, he actually drew a diagram for me in how to install it. You dont get that in the big stores. Very helpful staff. Prices were very competitive too. You cant beat the individual touch.Highly recomend a visit.

Can’t fault them one bit, recently renovated my house and they were the go to shop for nearly everything i needed! Always stocked and customer service is 5 star. Highly recommend

Beware of this shop, they sell fake products and offer no refund even on items with statutory protection. They are already under investigation from trading standards.

I was unsure of which electrical store to go to for lights in my home until I was recommended HRS electrical by a friend. I am pleased to report it was a fantastic choice. I found it easy to choose some lights as there was such a wide variety. I will definitely come back here in the future.

i am happy to report an outstanding review for this company. Ever since Homebase closed locally I worried that I could not get the good local deals anymore. My neighbour asked me to see HRS and quite frankly Ive never looked back. They sold me a CCTV package which was outstandingly good value. The customer service I got was totally professional and informative.I also got a great deal for my wallpaints and some light bulbs.I am so grateful for your kind service.Great work Guys
