Great service- obtained quote and booked in quickly and easily. Helen answered all of my questions and made the process very easy. The survey (level 2 RICS) was looked in for only a couple of days later and I received the report the next day. Fantastic service

Very efficient at a good price. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.I need to amend this review to say when I moved in my new property I discovered the surveyor had failed to notice the entire roofing felt needed replacing. I had to go to dispute resolution to get compensation. I would recommend that anyone buying a new property gets an actual roofer to check out the roof as surveyors do not check it properly even though their report says it’s ok.

Great service at a great price.Got all the info I needed on first contact with Watsons and booking with them was very easy. The report I got back was very easy to follow and I was even lucky enough to receive it on the same day the survey was done!Would definitely recommend!

Incredible service, nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Dave Watson and he was so professional and friendly it was like talking to a friend. The surveyor that came round was knowledgeable and put me at ease at a stressful time selling my help to buy property. I needed to get an extension on the valuation due to issues with my completion and Dave clearly explained my options promising he’d email me with the follow up information which he did without hesitation. I would use this company again and highly recommend. Thanks Dave you are a credit to your company.

Very happy with the service, I contacted this company to do a level 2 survey on our first purchased property. They were very accommodating and came out a few days later after contacting them. They were very efficient and carried out a thorough survey on our first home. They put us at easy on the results of the property and it was easy to understand improvements that needed to be carried out. Fantastic company highly recommend their services.
