Switched from another local satellite supplier as their service was woeful, to Beacon and I can honestly say not a single second of bother since it was installed. Consistently getting slightly higher speeds than we pay for and the customer service has always been top class (not that I've had to call often as there's never been an issue, but compared to our old provider, I felt as though I was never off the phone constantly on hold waiting to speak with someone!) So if you're wondering about Beacon and whether it will be more of the same then don't, I can highly recommend them, 5stars.

I have have had an Internet connection for over 20 years. From the dark days of dial up til now.I now live in the countyside and we cannot get BT, Virgin, TalkTalk etc.After a few different satellite companies, Beacon has provided the most Consistent connection.It's not lightening speed, but its reliable, Netflix works without buffering and that what the average person needs, they want to be able to open an app and for it to work.If you have to download large files it takes a long time compared to fiber optic obviously, but outside of downloading large files I can't complain at all.

Genuinely can't fault the service from this company in particular Stephen. They installed new fibre broadband for me in Letterkenny and the signal and difference is unreal. From the technical expertise down to telephone customer service they are brilliant. Strongly recommended them above all other suppliers.

I have been a customer for 5 months and so far can’t fault them. I live in an area with bad coverage and had been with a couple of other providers that were terrible. I’m on the 10mb package and it’s spot on, reasonably priced and the engineer who installed the dish was friendly, quick and informative.

When I first started looking for a mobile internet provider I was told by every company that I contacted that I was unable to receive their service due to the rural location of my property (Fanad, Co. Donegal) and location of their masts. Initially Beacon said the same thing but after I said that I had a clear line of sight towards their mast they quickly arranged a site inspection and agreed that they could provide a service. The technician that carried out the survey and the subsequent installation was very pleasant and done a great job. So far my download speeds are very consistent , their customer service is first class and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to anyone.
