My home from home, love this place great facilities and with the recent Covid 19 they have adapted the centre to accommodate folk coming in to train! It's great to be back! Plenty of cleaning stations and a decent system in place

Place is being taken over by the school and it won't last much longer without a huge community outpouring.Staff are friendly enough. There is so much that needs modernising, although there won't be much left to modernise at this rate!Classes are well taught and wide ranging.

Use the gym here regularly, though not used the pool or classes as of yet. Gym is small, but well equipped and laid out, with a lot of friendly people who attend. Staff make the difference, they are all brilliant, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and always happy to help. The lifestyle sessions included in the price, where they put together a training plan for you are absolutely worthwhile, the plan Brendon has given me has really helped with knowing what I’m doing and staying on track.

Always go to this gym. Staff are always friendly. Only gripe would be the classes. They are all geared towards women and not enough variety. I enjoyed boxeecise but it was on hlfsr too late

Staff are so kind and caring. Nothing is to much trouble and everyone I've spoken to when needing help has been extremely helpful and gone up and beyond for myself and my children. Highly recommend their swimming lessons.

Since the school took it has gone downhill...Hardly any staff.Disability ramp is out of action with no sign of it being fixed.Showers too are hit and miss whether they work or not.
