Our company has been a client of Your City Office for over 10 years. They provide outstanding client service that far exceeds expectations. The team is very quick in responding to requests and surely they are willing to make extra step to make the client fully satisfied. Highly recommended.

AFTER youve paid they then send you list of numerous documents they want, rather than being upfront about it beforehand.If youve got 3-4 hours of time to put them all together, scan and forward to them then go ahead.Otherwise theres plenty of other mailbox services out there that dont go OTT beyond photo ID and proof of address, and who dont impose it on you after taking your money first.I suspect they do this purposely to pocket money for nothing from lots of people who wont send all the numerous documents they 'require'. Ill be doing a chargeback if they dont refund me, or small claims court.Edit: there is no law - as they falsely claim - requiring uk issued documents taken personally to them by a customer to also be certified (and the further time and cost that goes with that is a further obstacle and delay). Certification only applies where the customer is not present.They also claim to be a member" of Westminster Trading Standards. Council departments dont have third parties as "members". Ill be looking into that and speaking to the council
