We called the Bed Bug Hunters, but the response was they do not take calls and the contact could be only by e-mail. This is contradictory with the bed bug extermination and control 24 hours a day

I highly recommend Bed Bug Hunters. It was a really challenging time and Billy was responsive, considerate and answered all my questions when I was becoming more anxious about where they could be. I’d had another exterminator in who was dismissive and rude and managed to make the problem worse. Billy and his colleagues immediately came in, treated the place twice over a few weeks and were on call for check ins. Fantastic service - thank you so much.

I highly recommend Billy. After searching the internet for info about how to deal with bed bugs I found his website to be the best by far. He has so much helpful info and advice on how to deal with them. I live abroad but still decided to call Billy for advice on how to deal with bed bugs in a house we were renting. We didn't have great faith in the people we used here but Billy gave us some great advice and it has certainly helped us manage the situation. For that I am very very grateful. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable and generally a nice guy for allowing me to pick his brain from afar.

Amazing. The response was prompt and communication was clear. Once you submit an enquiry you get a detailed emailed about the process, price and what to do before the initial inspection and treatment. The owner came to do the inspection and treatment for us and was very friendly and professional. Completed the treatment really quickly and with great quality.

We found an average infestation in one of our rooms due to travelling/bags etc and quickly tried to find solutions. We ended up choosing Billy's company to do the extermination and couldn't be happier - Billy was super helpful throughout the whole process - he answered all our questions, and thoroughly described the process so we were fully clued up. The extermination was done quickly and effectively. Couldn't recommend Billy more.

I spoke with Billy after I suspected bed bugs on my property. My anxiety was through the roof, and I was apprehensive about how I would manage this. It turns out that they were not bed bugs after all. They were carpet beetles. Speaking with Billy put my mind at ease! What a great guy! I highly recommend!
