I had to buy a gift for a work colleague, so wasn't sure what to buy.I was served by Aayasha who was so helpful and friendly , I didn't feel rushed at all, she showed me lots of different options, let me try things on.I would definitely recommend this branch.

Having bought many a piece of jewellery we found the staff esp Nicky who always gives us a warm welcome. Staff most helpful and pleasant even when hubby is almost in state of shock at me even entering the door. Wonderful staff and would highly recommend.

The staff member Mariam is very rude and tried to make me out to be a liar and told me that my watch couldn’t be posted to my house so why did head office say it can and sent it next day? She’s very rude and has the worst customer service. Gives the company a bad name.

Drove all the way over from Leicester for a Appointment at 9 am for only to find out store opens at 09:30 am, once store open the staff very unapologetic and unhelpful. No mention off only 2 people allowed in only one time, so unfortunately I missed out. I suggest you update the website with ur opening time and stop booking appointments at 09:00 am when your actual opening time is 09:30 and also include the capacity allowed in one time.. Only thing you do deserve is a 1 star.

5* serviceI went into this store after visiting the one in Sutton only to be told they didn't have watches and to go to the fort. The staff were very helpful from the moment I went into the store. I would definitely go back for future purchases

Had the best experience! Originally found my engagement ring here & due to how lovely and attentive the service was we returned to look at wedding rings and was not disappointed, the whole experience was lovely! Made us feel very special!

I was worried about having a hard sell with there being the new 2 in 2 out rule but I was wrong! Ria was so helpful and friendly, collecting items for us to look at and fetching more if we wanted her too. ALL the staff were chatty and super friendly.
