Terrible bad customer service went to this Bodyshop asking the guy to respray a rear bumper on a 2008 Ford Fiesta due to a bad paint defect only to receive nothing but procrastination. The guy just did nothing but fob me off right left and centre about respraying the rear bumper. If you own a Prestige car like a Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar etc that as been involved in an accident then this may be the Bodyshop for you the guy is very picky about the cars he works on regarding the damage involved and is only interested in repairing accident damage cars and is not interested in general car bodywork repairs regarding scratch damage, stone chip damage, rust damage etc.Avoid at all cost.Avoid at all cost.

Martin has now fixed bodywork issues for my cars on 3 separate occasions - ranging from minor damage to a Mercedes to major damage on an Audi. The work on all 3 occasions was carried out to immaculate standards. The customer service was fantastic - going out of his way to meet me at the garage to take the cars in even though he was closed for the day. The turnaround on the cars was very quick and the prices were very fair and competitive. I hope I don't have bodywork issues again in the future, but if I do... straight to Martin it will go!
