I had a great experience here the other week, the staff were so friendly and when I asked for a recommendation on where to find something really specific I was looking for they really went above and beyond. The organisation was really great super tidy as well even though it was later in the day when I visited. Genuinely very impressed and the whole experience really made my day!

No problems in general with the staff or anything, and BHF has a great selection of new/own accessories that I really like. However, this shop is ridiculously overpriced - the economy and brands and stuff aside, no charity shop should be selling a t shirt for £18!!!! For me it defeats the point of charity shops being an accessible place to shop, especially in terms of sustainability - might as well just go to Primark.

Really good charity shop - some very nice clothes in here particularly when it comes to winter coats. nicely maintained good place to thrift. :)

Love coming here! Such a friendly atmosphere and staff are so helpful, they will happily make time to chat and assit you. The set up of the shop is easy to get around unlike other places, and I can always find lots of hidden gems in here. Definitely my favourite charity shop in Oxford!

They closed 5 mins early and didn't receive my donation.. I brought a lot of stuff and carried it after I finishes work. Only to be refused to donate. I ended up throwing things away. Won't carry them back again.
