So happy with my dress and the service. Suzanne is lovely, extremely helpful and understood my needs/what I was after. She also managed to get the dress on a fast track delivery for a really reasonable price! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. Gorgeous stock and so many options!

I cannot thank Suzanne enough, she is undoubtedly the best bridal consultant, she is so attentive, makes you feel so special and knows exactly what will look good on youThere is every style of dress to choose from, and make sure you try them all! Suzanne gives you plenty of time and does not rush you. I tried all styles, princess, column, a line, mermaid and fitted! Please go with her expert advice and try that dress on! If it wasn’t for Suzanne I wouldn’t have picked up the dress she chose for me and it was THE ONE!!Suzanne then helped me try on veils at different lengths and styles, tiaras and hair accessories to help me decide what would look bestShe does not push you to buy anything she is so relaxed and the whole experience was outstandingThere are dresses for all your price range, just ask and she’ll guide you and to your budget!She also has the multi-way dresses and other bridesmaid dresses with all colour samples to have a look at.There is space for your entourage to sit, I just took my mum and sister and that was enough - everyone else will have a nice surprise!Suzanne also gave me numbers/contacts for professional alternations and dry cleaning service if I was to need them.You do not have to pay for your consultation! I cannot fault Suzanne, from the moment my appointment was booked she was very accommodating, you are made to feel comfortable and there were plenty of different styles of dresses in the shop to choose from. You are made to feel like a bride from the second you walk in.There's a big mirror and raised step so you get the full effect of whichever dress you are trying on. Delivery was on time and Suzanne can look after your dress until you need it.I wouldn't recommend anywhere else, thank you so much for your fantastic service xx

Found my dress at Grace and Gown! This was my first shop and I found my dress! I ended up looking at other shops but none had as nice dresses. Suzanne was super helpful

I had been to a few shops and was becoming tired of trying dresses on. Since walking through the door and talking to the owner my mood instantly changed and I felt excited to try on some new dresses. We discussed what I had already tried and I was talked through the different collections and what the trend was for people at the moment. We browsed the lovely collection of dresses and picked a few. I was able to go at my own pace trying them on, taking my time being in the dresses and moving around the shop in them. We had a few chats and laughs as we went along and it just felt like such a fun dress try on experience.It was then I found the dream dress and the owner could not have been more thrilled or as excited as my entourage. I was not rushed to make a decision or rushed out of the door to leave, it was all at my own pace.I can’t thank grace and gown enough for making my day yes to the dress moment so amazing and also a very fun experience!

Amazing shop, highly recommend. Can’t thank Suzanne enough for helping me find my wedding dress. As a very anxious bride I was so nervous but Suzanne put me at ease and was a real voice of reason throughout my appointment. The atmosphere was so relaxed and a really enjoyable day for everyone, we even had a glass of fizz each too! Would not hesitate in recommending Grace & Gown to any bride.

Suzanne was an amazing help and accompanied really well to my tight budget. She has so many different types of dresses it so a lot of fun trying on a range of dresses I never dreamed of trying on before. I hope a lot of future brides consider Grave and gowns when looking for their dream dress X

Suzanne is amazing! She helped me pick my wedding dress. I had already been to a few bridal appointments and did not find 'the one.' I told her exactly what I wanted and nothing was an issue. I loved that Suzanne gave me little hangers to put on the dresses I liked (other bridal shops picked for me from the information given which was not for me.) Then she picked a few others to compliment my body. She gave me advice and was so honest. I AM OVER THE MOON WITH MY DRESS and I can't thank Suzanne enough. ❤️♥︎♡
