Terrible service!!! There were 5 members of staff and no customers in the cafe side, we were ignored as we stood at the till. Eye contact was avoided. One team member shouted 'MORGAN!' at the top of thier voice, as if to summon them to come and serve us, no one came and she walked off. We then proceeded to walk out. Clearly drive through is the priority, so if you want to be served, go in your car.

Very disappointed!!! When spending £3-£5 on a coffee you would assume that the “barista” knows what there doing!!!! No one knows what a double macchiato is!!! Paying for an extra shot and getting just milk!!!Thank you Starbucks!!!!

Absolutely awful. About 5 staff members on, all completely disinterested in serving customers or cleaning up. Inside and outside was a disgrace and the toilets were unhygienic. We waited a few meetings whilst the team discussed not being bothered to do anything for the rest of the day, which is a shame for a customer to hear. This is a shame for the Starbucks brand, and the coffee was diabolical. If I hadn't of started my journey home I'd have returned for a refund.

Staff were too busy showing each other videos on their phones to make our drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to get attention. Got asked rudely why I was waiting by the counter. Had to remind them that they had not given me my drinks yet

Almond croissant was awful. Super light and airy but not in a good way, more in a longlife, not freshly made way. Literally no almond paste in it. The coffee (americano) was tasteless, I could barely taste the coffee. Poor but they know how to charge! Total rubbish.

Went here recently asked about a special drink the strawberry cheesecake they literally had no idea they looked at each other gone out. The guy said it has strawberry and vanilla......... awkward silence ........ yes?? Oh well we shake it ................. more awkward silence ..................... right so does it have coffee no there's no coffee ............................. like what is it then terrible severice would not recommend here to anyone

Starbucks always seem a bit slow on service, they could learn a lesson from Costa. Their fruit toast is the draw for me, v tasty.

Staff were very nice and my Mrs loved her Iced white mocha. Great selection of cakes and plenty of seating.Visited again and the drinks recommended by the barrister was amazing.

Great Starbucks location. The staff were nice and made drinks really well. Not very busy so waiting time are OK. Very clean toilets and seating area. Lots of parking available.

Laura really needs training or firing.Ordered 2 drinks and a croissant and overhead that she had thrown my croissant in the bin and it was the last one so had to get a refund for it sorted, she then spent ages faffing about on the till holding up the whole drive thru and eventually had to give it back to us in cash because she didn't know how to use technology.Last time we use this place. Shambles.
