We called about 4PM ish yesterday about a sick animal in my garden, we were told he would arrive at 5PM to come and collect the animal, so I waited around for hours keeping an eye on it so it didn’t go too far, only for him to never show up or contact us again. This morning the animal had sadly passed away. We were directed here by multiple charities and organisations after explaining the animal’s condition, really poor service and quite a sad and frustrating experience.

They came out, rescued and treated a seagull in the park with a damaged wing. Phoned the RSPCA first, and was obvious it was not their area at all. Great that Norfolk wildlife has these selfless volunteers that provide this service.
