Car Park Valeting

I had my car cleaned here and they did a great job! My car was filthy outside and full of dog hairs on the inside, but there were hardly a hair in sight when they had finished with it!

Albanian guy owns this and is very rude and aggressive. Poor quality washes. Happy to get you out with car partly washed so he can take your cash as he knows enough people will still come. AVOID AVOID

Paid for the full works (£40) as my car was minging due to transportation of gardening gear over the months. It was an ok job but far from 40 quid worth. Not the friendliest of people. Perhaps they are only good at clean cars. Won't go back.

The experience started well. Easy to book and pay for online. Turned up over an hour early, but they said they could fit it in.When we got back to the car, the outside looked good, but on getting in there were patches of mud and sand that had just been missed on the floor, sills and boot.Maybe we were just unlucky, but when there is so much competition I doubt we will take the risk again.

I have used CPV at Princess Square for several years. I always thought they did a decent job for a reasonable price. HOWEVER, a couple of years ago there seemed to be a complete and sudden change of staff. Cars that are not SUV's or 4x4s are charged as either Medium or Large. My car used to be charged as medium. The new regime started charging it as a large car. On my last visit, the operative agreed to wash it for the Medium price, but the boss insisted I must pay the large price and he 'had a word' with the chap who agreed to wash it for the Medium price.Do you think a Renault Modus is a large car? I don't, but the CPV boss reckons it is! ...They lost a loyal, regular customer because of that incident.

Car wash was not bad, apart from some dirt there couldnt get off, so i asked again and guess what it came off. I think there were being a bit lazy. Be careful ⚠️ i founds a deep scratch in the back window Not HAPPY

Brilliant service, every time I visit the centre I drop my car to them and pick it up when I’m done. Great job every-time and good value for money.Highly recommend !!!

AVOID!!!! I put my car in for a platinum clean and upon return saw they had damaged the trim to the centre console. The harsh chemicals used caused the silver foil to bubble and peel off! Upon immediately reporting the damage to a manager, he refused to engage and complete a damage report and basically fobbed us off stating they hadn’t caused the damage (it was clear it had just happened as silver foil was everywhere!!) and we could do what we liked but he wouldn’t acknowledge the damage!!Given various bad reviews and the total unprofessionalism, I’m aghast that this company have contracts with leading supermarkets!!!Steer clear!

This place used to be good but the quality has dropped significantly. If you open the doors, there are still dirts along the edges. Plus i have been charged more than the usual price for a worst service. A rip-off, avoid at all cost!

My fiancee car had broke down in the car park whilst the RAC was trying to tow her car out of the car park a rude employee from the car wash facility found the need to swear and make hand gestures towards her because they had wait 5mins as they tried to move the car down the ramp. I will be taking this matter further with the management at lexicon.
