Poor service indeed today. Usually I get good service, but totally disinterested person who could not be bothered at all. Seems loyalty means little to her. So, loss of a sale of an iphone, and currently cancelling 2 of the 3 contracts I have with O2. The third will go once I've finished shopping around.

Went into o2 shop in Rhyl at about 4.30pm today. As my contract is coming to an end I want to upgrade. Most unhelpful girl served me wasn't interested and promptly told me they shut in half an hour. Shocking customer service. Will make sure I don't go to you again.

Very good customer service wouldn't hesitate to go back and buy another phone when I need it and the phone worked out the cheapest from there. The guy who served me was very helpful and not pushy unlike other places I'd been.

Tried to return a click & collect order and got told I’m unable to do it there and I needed to go to Llandudno.Go to Llandudno, very helpful and said there’s no reason why Rhyl couldn’t have taken the returns. Blatantly lying to customers isn’t the best 1st impression to make. Won’t be buying from here when my contracts up

The staff at this 02 shop are really helpful and very friendly, I have been in several times and always been very satisfied with how I was dealt with, I went in on Friday and Nick sorted my phones out for me, what a smashing guy, he was so helpful and patient and did everything to my phones that I needed doing and he advised me on what was best for me, thank you Nick. All the staff are great and I would highly recommend this 02 shop

Very disappointed the girl in there not interested didn’t list to what I ask for Spoke down to me she just seemed to be to interested in talking to her colleague.I have been into other providers who were much more professional than this lady won’t be going in there again
