Great Company to deal with. Not being from the local area I had to just pick a Company at random to replace my elderly Uncle's front door, so I'm glad I picked Astra Windows. They did a great Installation job at a good price, and kept me fully informed of when they would be coming to do any work. They were also very understanding when there was a slight mix up with the payment for the work done. Many thanks to Dave, Debra, Ben and also Carl and the young lad who did the Installation.

From first speaking Astra Windows to job complete took only 4 weeks. Dave came out to assess replacing our Bi-Fold doors from PVC to Aluminium. We then had the surveyor visit the following week. The job was then completed around 2 weeks later to an extremely high standard. We are ecstatic with the Aluminium frames. Great price, great job, great people! thank-you from the Orange family.

We recently appointed Astra windows to replace an existing bi-folding door and replace with a new aluminium sliding door. The service we received was great. Dave Jackson is very helpful and was always happy to answer our questions, Roy the surveyor was great and very knowledgeable, and the installation team were fantastic.They removed the old door, placed it in our garage for resale and installed the new door quickly and to a high standard. We would and are recommending Astra Windows to a lot of friends/family and clients.

Astra Windows did all our windows and front door recently. Superb service from start to finish! Very professional team! Dave measured up and helped us to choose. Roy the surveyor went up a ladder in pouring rain to measure up for an extra window. Phil, Shaun and two others got the job done perfectly. Cant recommend them enough!

Here's what you want to know about Astra's service:How much do they charge? - It depends on what you want, but they're competitive on price with all other local window and door companies. No deposit or payment is due until your installation is complete and you're satisfied with the results.Do they do a good job? - Their fitters are a very rare breed - they take pride in their work! The surveyor does an accurate measure before Astra manufacture your windows or doors, using top quality A rated materials. The fitters take great care in fixing and sealing your units all round. The fitting and finish is top quality. They even hoover-up after they've finished!Are they qualified? - They provide highly skilled and experienced fitting teams, are FENSA registered which is the premier trade body which regulates UPVC and aluminium glazing and composite door companies. Membership means that local authorities accept this as evidence that their installations meet building regulations. Your FENSA certificate, delivered after completion will be required by your buyer's solicitor if you ever decide to sell your house.Do they Guarantee their work? - They provide a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on all installations. If in the unlikely event that Astra went out of business, this insurance would cover your installation.In summary - Astra Windows are a well run family business, that manufacture and fit top quality UPVC and aluminium windows and composite doors. Brilliant customer service and excellent prices. I had 2 front windows 2 composite doors fitted this week so happy with them can't stop smiling !!! Phil & Shaun had it done in no time at all , very pleasant very tidy hard working guys. Hopefully next year I can have my back windows done. Definitely recommend Astra windows. !!!!!
