what can I say about this company or specifically, the engineer representing this company who was arranged to attend our business, his name was Kevin who was scheduled to visit our shop originally but then did not turn up, two weeks later we've managed to obtain another appointment, today, I contacted safelinc who we purchased our fire equipment from and confirmed the visit, all was well, until my partner contacted me in distress stating that this Kevin" refused to come simply because she missed his call (she works in the business so can't always be at her phone) he proceeded to treat my partner horrifically stating "I'm not coming" "you'll have to pay for another visit
