Always blocking the access to the car park at the rear of the building, So other users can’t get in or out. Very selfish.You do realise other users have access to the car park and why put a container in dumbest place. Obviously not two brain cells to rub together whoever decided that.

Sara was our property manager at Laureate house and was always prompt to answer emails and help resolve any problems we had at the flat. When we had inspections she was always lovely and professional and told us in advance of anything that could be a problem to ensure we got our deposits back. Thanks Sara!

Student housing have been amazing with me this year, they responded quickly to any issues we have had (which were very few and very small issues). Sarah Kenyon was particularly helpful and always responded to any issues or questions we had very quickly and professionally. Thank you !!!

Jess was extremely helpful and efficient in response to any queries I had. She was kind, understanding and was always straight on the phone to talk through any tenancy related issues that arose. A real credit to the student housing team!

One of the worst student lettings company I’ve come across. What’s the point in maintenance requests if they’re never fulfilled? 4 times we’ve reported maintenance issues because the house is in dreadful condition and no one comes round to do anything until 2 months later. If you want a good student lettings company, go to Cloud! They’re much more capable and respond to requests very quickly.
