One of very few Job Centres that are actually pleasant to deal with.

Make sure you record everything on video, the way you can be treated by some members of staff is disgusting.Though a lot can be very helpful, some are foul and its these that make it difficult to even want to go there.

I have only one remark. There is no toilet in this place and this one is terrible!(or just the guard did not want to let me in)

A very functional job center. Staff is really able to help!

It is a shame that there is a complaints procedure but not a procedure for complementing the great service I have received.So I shall write it here. My work coach Emma has been an absolute angel, not only providing a great service but also being someone who understands mistakes people can make. She is so empathetic and kind in her interactions with myself. A true civil servant who has the customers' best interests at heart.Thank you, Emma, for your advice over the past few months and for your understanding when I have gotten things wrong.

I had found myself in a situation that I had to visit the job centre and needed help. I thank the God's I was given a work coach named Marc who has supported me and helped me, given me inspiration and hope during the pandemic and lock downs when I thought at times I wouldn't succeed. He has had unwavering faith in me and helped me achieve my goal in setting up my new business Sanctum Wellbeing which I now have. I have nothing but good things to say about this jobcentre, in particular Marc my work coach and his passion and energy for the job he does by helping people during dark periods of their life get back into work. I mean no one really wants to have to go to the job centre, however if you have Marc as a work coach you really will want to go, he has been the best work coach I could have ever hoped for.Thank you Marc.

Brilliant staff,knowlegable and fri2ndly

My daughter has been spoken To on the phone really rude. The man was awful and needs to retrain.

Considering this is a job centre, they don't do much to help you get a job.
