Went to Doncaster branch after Worksop branch couldn't help us with information!Here at Doncaster staff were more helpful by far,Item we required wasn't in stock so we ordered online and received item 2 days later! But Doncaster staff were Fantastic & Helpful

If you are buying large electrical goods I find that you have to go to the store and look. I made the mistake of buying online . I then had to cancel once I had seen what I had bought (too small). The staff were helpful but then I was spending £600.

Absolutely great experience in store. I needed a new fridgefreezer and was browsing when approached by a lovely lady named Tasha. She was extremely helpful and in no way pushy for a purchase. She listened to the specifications I was after and picked out a few possibilities. As I needed it ASAP she then did a stockcheck to find which I could get hold of the quickest. With this information on board and after a quick dash home to confirm measurements etc I returned and was met by another fabulous member of staff, I think his name was James although not 100%. He was absolutely full of enthusiasm and a pleasure to be in the presence of. He completed my sale talking me through every single step, was extremely helpful and I can honestly say I could have stayed and chatted to him all day, his energy and personality was fantastic for a person working with customers.Delivery updates were great. The delivery team also called when they were on their way. Again lovely team, polite and helpful. Delivered appliance with care, took away all packaging, tidying up after themselves. I paid for removal of the old appliance and they did this without issues. Great work currys 10/10

The store was in Doncaster. I wanted to buy some high-end Bluetooth speakers. CSA (woman) was not customer oriented/focussed; less product knowledge; not sales-enthusiastic; so could not buy.

Poor service when trying to bring a faulty item back. Wait ages in a queue . Front of queue don’t even get acknowledged…Shame they don’t put the same effort in helping you with faulty items as they do when trying to sell you an item…

our first visit to Currys on York Road…our first visit to Currys on York Road Doncaster was in fairness a disaster late last year, we was in two minds to give currys a second chance. Thank God we did.We were greeted politely, not bothered or pestered just genuinely interested in what we were looking for in our TV and sound bar our salesperson. Scott went above and beyond to answer every question, describe everything we needed to know in simple terms which we understood not technical jargon. He also Explained our expectations out of a TV colour, quality, etc.Nothing was too much trouble. My husband wanted to try the Denon sound bar, which at the time was not on display Scott new they had some in stock and arranged for us to have it tested from the help of gummy who was more than happy to assist. Thankfully, once it was all set up, my husband was disappointed with the quality of the Denon, so we opted for the Bose. Had it not been for the time spent listening to our needs we would have travelled to Sheffield to listen to the Denon. Overall a fantastic visit. Great staff would be happy to shop with curries again due to the fantastic customer services of Scott and Gummy.

The item I ordered arrived on time. The staff were very polite and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know.Great will definitely use again.

I called into the Curry’s store at Doncaster this morning and found the staff to be very helpful and courteous, very pleasant and very polite. They looked after us and spent plenty of time explaining about their TVs. I bought a TV. Thanks to Gummy and everyone.
