A historic mill cum Gothik folly repurposed as an Archemedian turbine station generating electricity for the National Grid. Bruce from the Howsham Mill Renewable Energy Trust gave us a great four. The mill is a short walk from the car park - lots of wildlife to see and hear.

Super place to visit. Bruce gave fascinating insights into its heritage and milling in general. Excellent walk between there and Kirkham Priory
