I took my troubled t5 caravelle to Oscar to correct the timing as it had been set up wrong prior to my purchase.Oscar did a fantastic job and replaced faulty parts along the way to save me more money in the future.He called me several times to discuss the options and his opinion before doing any work that was additional to the agreed job.The air conditioning was checked and regassed too.The engine now runs superbly and really smooth.Air con is ice cold.All in all a very good service from Oscar, a very knowledgeable and pleasant person and for the work done to the high standards he sets himself, I’m very happy.I’ll be using Oscar in the near future for some suspension work as I know it’ll be a top job for a great price.Highly recommended.

I took my car to Oscar for a second opinion on a DSG fault after the dealership I bought my car from assured me that there was no fault. Oscar was incredibly thorough and confirmed that there was in fact a fault and provided me with paperwork to confirm this. After providing the dealership with the paperwork, they proceeded to replace the clutch packs and selector unit which resolved the fault (and thanks to Oscar they covered the cost, saving me £2,100!) Could not recommend him enough!!

Highly recommended, if you want to take your pride and joy somewhere you can trust look no further. Oscar really knows his cars, his charges are very fair and I will not hesitate to take my car here again.

It’s simple Oz is a great mechanic, very reasonable, reliable, personable and very knowledgeable !! He has helped many me many times and fixed things where I genuinely didn’t think could be done without buying another part. Honest advice given and a great business, so good that it goes without saying I will recommend him to anyone in need !!

Never normally leave reviews, but this is well deserved. Oscar has done a lot of work on my Audi the last few months. 3 other garages messed me around and couldn’t find the issue. Oscar quickly found the issues, Granted it wasn’t the cheapest thing in the world but you get what you pay for, wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

OS-CARZ are probably the best VW specialist in Norfolk.The owner Oscar is extremely knowledgeable in the problems that can occur to VW vehicles particularly the DSG gearbox which they specialise in.Yesterday they carried out a Mechatronics Upgrade to my Mark 6 Golf which included a Lifetime Warranty on the internal component.The cost was considerably lower than a franchised dealer, the staff were friendly, informative and helpful.I have no hesitation in recommending them, long may they continue to trade.
