Nick came over to our house to fit some new blinds today and I can say he was very polite professional young man I will definitely be using him again and recommending to all my friends very happy at the end product and the price is very reasonable for the Quality of service

Just had my blinds installed by Dave Musgrove Blinds and had to write a review as the the superb service i received from this company from quotation through to installation. They have a wide variety of blinds for all rooms along with the best blinds for retaining heat especially in these hard times when trying to keep your energy bills down. On installation day, they take all the rubbish and clean up after installation. I am so happy with my blinds. Would use this company again and refer to anyone looking at getting blinds. Great Service from start to finish.

I needed 2 Quotes for my window blinds before reaching a final decision. Already had received first Quote from a reputable company 'H'. The agent's home-visit was punctual, unhurried, professional, very pleasant, courteous & considerate; she calculated the price, and gave me the Quote at the end of her visit followed soon after by her detailed emails. Very straightforward. Done.Enter Dave Musgrove. He arrives 35 mins earlier than agreed & I'd to therefore postpone my scheduled tasks. Next, he walks in with dirty shoes leaving small clumps of soil on the floor and carpet. Seemed hasty. Poor knowledge of queried product, poorer still in explanation & clarity of details concerning the various blinds. He then lays out his bulky sample binder files on my oak table ... samples are viewed ... heavy duty files are slid across the table ... assured me he'll email all relevant details in separate Quotes. He leaves. Phew. Floor & carpets needed an immediate clean! After a few hours, I noticed ridges cut into the oak table, in the very same areas where the weighty files had been placed, slid, dragged. 5 days on, no email. He said he'd been busy.About this chap's salesmanship & home-visit service: unreliable, poor knowledge of product, very irresponsible, unprofessional, inconsiderate, thoughtless, unpleasant, clumsy, hasty. It is a great relief that he didn't fit my window blinds.In light of his POOR+ response and his feeble cover-up attempts below:As a salesman at my door, turning up too early without prior notice, his demeanour wasn't cooperative. Very unprofessional.Had he taken his dirty shoes off at the outset, my floor & carpets wouldn't have been dirtied in the first place.He falsifies my Review statements: As opposed to shallow surface scratches, it was noticeable ridges". I said: "After a few HOURS I noticed ridges ...". Salesman Musgrove says "5 days".Many - nevermind one - seemingly so-called "satisfied customers" (?) do not negate nor nullify the worst experience of another dissatisfied

Nick came to fix my blinds last week. very nice young man was definitely recommend company to friends and family!

Great all round service from initial survey by Dave (Dad) to fitting by Nick & Matt (Sons) very tidy all rubbish taken would not know they had been apart from the quality of the new blinds very happy customer

This company gave us excellent service from site survey by Dave to site fitting by Nick. We are very pleased with the quality of our blinds despite them having a problem with their manufacturer which they resolved.

From start to finish the quality of service has been first class! Both Dave and Nick were polite, professional and a pleasure to have install my blinds. Nick cleaned up at every step of the way and I am really happy I chose Musgrove blinds!
