Had an issue with my laptop & contacted Tom. I then dropped it off & within 24hours the problem was fixed. I was given an upfront cost which I was more than happy with. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Anything less than less than 5 stars would never do for Tom , this guy is a real gentleman always polite, and oh boy he’s really clued up when it. comes the tech side of stuff he’s probably forgotten more stuff than a lot of engineers have learnt. Tom does. not try to rip your eyes out with his fees orbamboozle you or try to appear that he knows it all . I e used his services a few times and I trust him his fees are very competitive So with Tom you know he will. do a great job without attempting to big up the problem. He’s so layed back. he’s almost horizontal , he is an older reliable and very talented guy who does a first class job without ripping you off, so if your tech throws a wobbly call for Tom, you will not regret it !I’m Tony A very satisfied customer !!
