Richard is amazing, I contacted him about a pond that we had inherited at a our new house and I wasn’t sure where to start. I was taught all about the eco system, shown how to carry out the maintenance myself and given a full lesson on everything that I needed to know. It was truly insightful and I enjoyed every minute of it at the same time as being provided with a great service.I would highly recommend Richard for all of your aquatic needs! We had an hole in our pond liner and got in touch with PondsRus and they were great. They came out quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done and fit us in quickly as we were worried about our fish.They let us know exactly what work needed to be done before hand and made sure we were happy with what they were doing along the way.The pond looks better now than it ever did and we'll definitely be back in touch for any more of our pond needs.
