Ordered a bottle of Sparkling Hello Kitty Wine for my best mate's 10th wedding anniversary. They sent a half-size bottle of the wrong wine. No response to emails chasing and trying to sort. Other people on facebook complaining about similar issues. Awful.

I ordered a bottle of Hello Kitty wine as a gift, which hadn't arrived after some time even allowing for lockdown delays. I contacted via email quite late in the day and had a response straight away. The wine was sent again, with another gift to apologise for the delay, which was unexpected and very gratefully received.Very friendly and professional, I'd highly recommend buying from here.

Ordered a bottle of wine as a Christmas present on the 8th December and it did not arrive despite having been charged for it. I have phoned 5 times asking for my refund and every time I am told it will be passed on and someone will phone me back... I'm still waiting on someone phoning me back and my refund. I think this company is a scam DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have tried phoning today but no one is answering my calls. Have contacted trading standards as I think it is totally unacceptable that a company as bad as this one can still be trading.
