I thoroughly enjoyed my first Reiki treatment with Rekha. She made me feel at ease and her energy was so warm and calming. I felt grounded and relaxed after the session and I'm looking forward to the next one!

Reiki by Rekha is an incredible service that was recommended to me through family and I can strongly say that it has transformed my life completely in multiple aspects.A little back story would be that I was suffering from anxiety from pressures of exam seasons and starting a new job in a high pressure environment. Equally, experiencing low moods, tied to the effects of the lockdowns, began to affect my ability to be more sociable and put myself out there to meet new people.However, the Reiki treatment has changed my approach to life, by learning to appreciate more of what life has given me to date and to let go of the past that prevents me from building a future. I've been going for Reiki every week for the last seven years because of the difference I've seen in my life from doing Reiki with Rekha and she has healed me over years from many various ailments , sending positive energy my way. She has also has taught me my Reiki level 1 course which which means that I can now do it myself and you know she's she's not only a very good practitioner but she's also a very good teacher. Rekha also does distance Reiki as well which I have been doing quite often since Covid started. This is basically not being there physically but still getting treatment.

I cannot recommend Reikha’s reiki treatments enough. Rekha uses her strong intuition to give you the reiki healing you need. I have been receiving treatments since the summer of 2017 . When I feel washed out or in need of a new vigour I get what I need to support my busy life from the reiki Rekha provides. I’m more balanced, happy, and more in tune with myself than I’ve ever been. I found Rekha from google and these fantastic reviews! I had to call her, firstly I was just looking for someone good who was local to me so I can attend my sessions easily. Upon contacting her, she came back to me almost immediately and we spoke over the phone. I instantly connected with her warm and compassionate nature over the telephone and decided to book my fist appointment. After my first appointment I saw a immense shift and booked a block of 10 sessions. I’m now on my 5 session and can wholeheartedly say that I’m seeing so much difference in my emotional, physical and mental well-being. She works from such a great environment that you will feel the energy as soon as you step through the door. Rekha takes so much time and pride in getting to know me without rushing the process, she is caring, she’s a considerate listener and gives you so much insight on the flow of life in general, she is very intuitive and powerful during the reiki session. She’s found a permanent client in me and I would recommend anybody to go and see and feel for themselves. The difference is mind blowing.
