I broke down today, had to call to get pick up as my van wouldn't start the pick up lorry was with me within a hour. The driver was so helpful to sort me out. He was so professional. Thank you all .

Came out to my car this morning to a flat tyre. Called my insurance and they arranged for Mark from CCRS to come out. He was there within the hour. What a lovely guy! He rang me on his way and once he arrived, he immediately set to work getting the car lifted on to the van. Chatted away in the van until we got to the tyre place. Didn’t have to do anything he was so so efficient. Highly recommend CCRS and particularly Mark! Thank you

Poor customer service & failure to provide effective disability service & communications. I Received a standard letter which failed to advise me to communicate with my insurance company in order to pay outstanding fees. This caused me unnecessary fear & distress and failed to record correct procedures for insured customers regarding fees/ charges for towing & storage. I have a disability & am injured I my accident so pressed bell at reception four times. I am unable to climb stairs. Nobody attended. My husband asked employees to help me with procedure downstairs. My husband is disappointed that his attitude upset me further causing unnecessary distress. The document I was asked to sign is small & I was unable to effectively read the document I was asked to sign. It is an already distressing situation collecting personal belongings from a written off family vehicle. Please retrain your staff to consider disability rights & legislation l. Can I suggest you alter the wording in you letter to include access for disabled service users & reassure that if you are insured that the insurer will handle administrative issues. Disappointed

Had to get my car recovered after breakdown (pre-booked).Service was very efficient and accommodated all my needs.David was very pleasant and professional and explained health & safety procedures for riding in the cab.Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, was broke down far from home, an personality quite frightening because it was late at night, CCRS was with me in less than an hour, the gentleman was so professional, he put the vehicle onto the recovery vehicle an took me to my front door, Would recommend this service to any one, They really understood the situation I was in. First class service from CCRS yesterday. Trevor arrived promptly and got my car going with minimal fuss. He was very nice and explained everything to me clearly. Left me a car which I could drive and gave me some very helpful tips for the future. Thank you Trevor.

First class service. Called to help get car started at home. They came out very quickly. Stephen was very friendly, helpful and professional. Gave me advice on what to do and in the end got my battery replaced no problem at all at their garage. Very quick and efficient service and didn't charge extortionate prices. Would highly recommend. This company is one I can thoroughly recommend.My car needed to be repaired after breaking down. CCRS's driver David was tasked with the vehicle recovery and delivered it (and myself) to my home. He phoned to give me a time he would be with me once I had an appointment at a local garage to fix the car CCRS called promptly to take the car there. Great service and staff.
