Seven of us went here to get suits for my friend's wedding. Two really friendly staff, one of whom was called Ciara served us with great patience and helpfulness.

I like this store. I tend to visit after 6pm when it's quieter.The store itself is very well lit and spacious. It feels bright and airy. It's always nice and clean.The staff here are always polite and helpful.One of my favourite things about next is their range of perfumes and aftershaves. It takes me ages to choose as they all look good and smell good. I usually purchase a gift set as this is priced at around £12. Very good value.I've not purchased any clothes from here for a few years so I can't comment on clothing. I can however say that the sunglasses from here are brilliant, I've had my pair for over five years.

Absolute pathetic service.Ordered a necklace for my wife for her birthday week before her birthday. They said they'll get it in stock in 2 days.Get an email saying sorry day before her birthday and will get it in 7 working days.Today was 7 working days. Called customer service line who only turned around and said it hasn't even got a date for it to be taken to the store.Apparently I've been refunded.Probs will end up calling customer service line next week only for them to say my refund has gone missing

I love this Brand, but while they do not open their fitting room I never will visit the store. I wanted to buy a jacket...so keep your jackets guys. Good luck for your business policy.

Painful. 20min queue after a painful hunt for regular fit jeans,,,which arent kept in stock anyway.(bought a top n aftershave)If you want skinny fit,,,you're well in. Your balls can be up by your tonsils with the large selection of butt-hugging-lowcut drainpipe painful jeans after only the queuing time. Bootcut,regular fit or if your have a 34 waist,,,forget it.
