Anderson's successfully fixed a tricky problem with my V-Twin Yamaha, a totally goosed Starter Clutch, for which I am very grateful and happy to have my bike back. They also diagnosed a minor but annoying ignition problem and set up the carburetor, so my bike runs even better than it ever has. As many others have previously recommended this garage for both cars and bikes, I do too.

Down on holiday from Durham. Brake CALIPER seizure. Shaun from Anderson’s garage helps us.We pop in desperate for help and this guy goes way above and beyond any normal customer service. It’s 1 o’clock on a Thursday without a booking, he says return at 2 o’clock. He knew we were desperate and we would pay any amount. It was his opportunity to do what many garages do, pull your pants down. NOPE not this fella, one hour work, a great price, and absolutely fantastic service. I’m never very complimentary on reviews, people have to earn it. Very good. When using garages you often do so on trust. I use these guys for my bike and over just a few visits they have replaced both tyres, done two lots of servicing as well as two Mot's. Very pleased to say I'm building a good level of trust with these guys to look after my bike.Charge a fair price and do a good thorough job in reasonable time, that's how I measure trust and Andersons are right there on all scores so far.I will continue to use them.

I took my triumph here after experiencing a lot of trouble with triumph plymouth. The two guys i dealt with had excellent customer service and have done an outstanding job on my bike. They were up front about everything they were doing and the total cost. I’m very impressed and relieved i have somewhere to take my bike and not worry about being ripped off
