I had lessons with Leigh when I had just started my first job out of uni... she provided amazing relaxation & stretching which was just what I needed to help me relieve stress! I was a complete beginner and she was amazing at easing me into practising yoga. Would really recommend her- have yet to find a yoga teacher as helpful, patient and full of expertise since moving away!

I highly recommend Notley Yoga - I have been attending classes for the last six years and enjoy the calm and welcoming atmosphere. Leigh is a skilled teacher and yoga is now indispensable to my health regime! There are a good variety of classes. The premises at Slamseys Barn are in a beautiful rural location and I particularly like the under floor heating especially during relaxation sessions!

Lovely little studio. Ample parking in a quiet location. If your coming in the evening bring a torch as its a dark walk back to your car - we'll worth the drive out. Experienced a Gong Bath for he first time. Absolutely amazing experience.

Leigh introduced me to yoga two years ago . She is an amazing teacher , her knowledge of yoga is surpassable .Her classes are made accessible for everyone , and everyone is made welcome . Her centre is tranquil , you can't help but leave relaxed and wanting more .There are lots of different classes and you want to do them all . None of Leigh's classes are ever the same and are the highlight of my week .

Leigh is an incredible practitioner bringing expertise and variety to her classes and events within the amazingly tranquil yoga centre. I have been attending classes for 7 years and Leigh's holistic approach and guidance has enabled me to get the very best from each individual practise. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have enjoyed coming to Leigh's class for the past 8 years and am still amazed at how relaxed I leave at the end of each session. Leigh constantly evolves the class and introduces new techniques so that no 2 weeks are ever the same. I cannot recommend Notley Yoga highly enough.
