The Value of Customer Service ( Internal & External)To whom it may concern:Email acknowledged. The intent of the google review was not to be unfair toward team members. Instead, it was to highlight a disappointing experience with a representative from the office. Architectural and service-based businesses tend to be more keen on interactions with the public, customers (external / internal) so the encounter was terribly disappointing.Even with the mentioned important deadlines, each person that interacts with a member of the team could be a potential reviewer and should never sense blunt or dismissive gestures. I do hope future deeds will reflect the expressed interest in being more amenable to students in future" as well as reflect that level of professionalism that every architect is exposed to.Considering comments about other members of the team who may have taken a better approach
