A joy to use what you would expected of money paid for. Their products always is durability to last. However if doest went wrong this is a nightmare begins premium call out to buy a spare parts through the third is cheaper although still get it from them why? Hardly understand broken English through the phone. A big brand required improvement.

We have spent close to £15k with Miele in the past few years and find the appliances to be 'not as good' as many others whist being twice the price. As for the customer service.... the less said the better!

I travelled two hours to learn more about a steam oven i have purchased. Amanda who ran the experience was absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions and I left feeling confident to use the oven to do so much more than broccoli. The staff at the Centre were absolutely wonderful, helpful and no one was pushy with sales. Which i was so happy about. What a wonderful work place also. You got a sense people enjoyed Miele Abingdon.

Worst appliance don’t buy there microwave £800 and broke after 8 times useOne of there guys came out and confirmed it’s a known issue but still did not fix itI am planning to come down to this place during the Christmas holidays to throw this through your window. You idiots at Miele if you see this look up CGB01104VV
